Kelly Sullivan, APRN
Kelly Sullivan APRN joined the Women’s Health Department at Community Health Servies (CHS) in 2018. She provides compassionate and comprehensive patient centered gynecological and obstetrical care to women of all ages from adolescents and throughout the post-menopausal years.
Kelly received her associate degree in nursing from Holyoke Community College in Massachusetts in 2007. She worked as a registered nurse at Baystate Medical Center on a medical/surgical unit and on ICU step down units. While caring for patients with chronic disease who had frequent hospital admissions mostly due to lack of care in the outpatient setting, she was motivated to continue her education to help improve access and quality of care. She earned a master’s degree for Family Nurse Practitioner in 2014 from Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky. She understands the importance of taking the time and listening to her patients to care for the whole person, not just the physical problem. In 2024 she earned the Florence Nightingale award for nursing excellence. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and has been a preceptor to both nurse practitioners (NPs) and physician assistant (PA) students. Over the past year she precepted solely for the Springfield College PA program which was instrumental to CHS being awarded clinical site of the year for 2024.
During her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and 2 dogs, listening to music, reading, gardening, and crafting.
