Lab & Pharmacy

Our lab only accepts lab slips from CHS providers!

Some of the services available include:
- blood draws
- breathe tests
- observed urine tests
- in-house pick up services for departments
- and so much more!

(Our pharmacy closes for lunch everyday from 1:30pm to 2:00pm)

We are a 340b pharmacy which allows drug manufacturers to provide us medications at a reduced price.

There is also a discount on prescriptions from Community Health Services' providers!
