Community Health Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced, professional Dental Receptionist for a full-time opportunity in our Dental Department. Reporting to the Clinical Director of Dental, the Dental Receptionist is the face of our department and provides excellent customer service and patient care.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience
- Have a high degree of comfort with electronic medical records systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- One (1) year of experience in a medical setting or healthcare insurance organization OR two (2) years of experience in a customer service OR a diploma or certificate in a clinical training program such as a medical, dental, or certified nursing assisting program
- Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and English are strongly preferred.
