COVID 19

If you have respiratory symptoms such as a fever, cough, or shortness of breath and you suspect you may have COVID-19, please do NOT show up at our clinic.  Please call us at (860) 249-9625

• We apologize for any delays as we are experiencing a high call volume and longer wait times.
• We are limiting visitors in our clinics. If you are a parent or caregiver, please have only one person attend appointments with your child or loved one when possible.
• We understand the desire of people who are currently sick to be tested for COVID-19, along with those who fear they may be infected with COVID-19 but are currently asymptomatic.  Testing is typically conducted only If you are sick with fever, cough or shortness of breath and are in a high risk group. Call ahead to discuss whether you should be tested for COVID-19.

At this time, appointments will generally continue as scheduled. Please see department specific information below:

• Dental:  If you are sick with a fever, cough, or shortness of breath and have a dental appointment, you need to be rescheduled.  Please reschedule your appointment by calling 860-249-9625, Ext. 846.  Let us know when we reschedule your appointment if you have severe tooth pain or swelling and we will have a Dentist call you back.
• Behavioral Health: If you are sick with a fever, cough, or shortness of breath and have a counseling appointment, you need to be rescheduled.  Please reschedule your appointment by calling 860-249-9625, Ext. 892.  Let us know when we reschedule your appointment if you are in crisis and in need of immediate assistance.
• Women’s Health: If you are sick with a fever, cough, or shortness of breath and have an appointment, you need to be rescheduled.  Please reschedule your appointment by calling 860-249-9625, Ext. 848.
• Pediatrics and Adolescents: : If you are sick with a fever, cough, or shortness of breath and have an appointment, you need to be rescheduled.  Please reschedule your appointment by calling 860-249-9625, Ext. 844.
• Adult Medicine: If you are sick with a fever, cough, or shortness of breath and have an appointment, you need to be rescheduled.  Please reschedule your appointment by calling 860-249-9625, Ext. 840.
