What if I need care after you are closed?
CHS offers provider coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
To speak with a provider when the center is not open, just call the main CHS number at 860-249-9625, and the answering service will contact an on-call provider who will return your call.
If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911!
