Community Health Services is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, cost effective medical care. We accept all major credit cards and offer payment installments!

We accept all major insurance plans including:

  • Medicaid – Husky and other plans
  • Medicaid/Access Health plans through Aetna, Connecticare, Anthem BCBS
  • Medicare
  • Medicare Managed Care plans through Aetna, Cigna, Connecticare, Anthem BCBS, Wellcare
  • Aetna
  • Anthem BCBS excluding Prime plans and some Select plans

Due to insurance plans constantly changing, please contact your insurance provider to ensure that our facility is participating and our providers are in-network with your plan for the time of your visit.

So you don’t have insurance or have limited insurance benefits?

CHS is committed to assisting our patients with ways to pay for the services received at our facility. There are a few options that are available to our patients.

  • You can apply HUSKY or an Access Health Qualified Health Plan by seeing one of our Eligibility Specialists. Our eligibility staff  can tell you if you qualify for one of these programs and guide you through the entire process.

  • You can apply for our Sliding Fee Discount.  Although, you will still be responsible for a portion of your fee, you will be able use all the services at CHS at a reduced fee.  Please see any of our departments for a Financial Application and further information.

  • CHS will also accept partial payments or place you on monthly payment plan. Please contact our Billing Department at
