Our psychiatrist and APRNs provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment for both adults and children.
The team may offer medication management and psychotherapy based on the diagnosis and patient needs. Our prescribers provide an integrated continuum of care for individuals with a variety of mental health issues. They work closely with the clinicians in a team modality.
CHS is the recipient of the HRSA Substance Abuse Service Expansion funding.
With this grant, CHS will be able to accommodate 400 new patients annually and expand its Medication Assisted Treatment services tremendously.

An intake appointment will be provided to you to complete an initial assessment. In order to ensure proper delivery of care, we request that you are punctual for your intake appointment in particular, so clinicians have the adequate time to complete all necessary components required for your first appointment.
Your first appointment will be with a licensed clinician and can take up to 90 minutes.
Group counseling is available for established behavioral health patients, and can be the most effective treatment in many situations such as: relationship difficulties, depression, interpersonal conflicts, personality issues, substance use, loss or isolation, anger management, and anxiety.
Groups counseling sessions are led by licensed clinicians and gathers about 6-12 individuals on a weekly basis for 1 hour.**

Suboxone is a medication prescribe to assist individuals with withdrawal symptoms experienced with opiates. Our Suboxone Program is designed to help patients struggling with opiate (heroin) addiction.
In order to be considered for Suboxone Treatment, you will need to meet the following criteria:
Demonstrate commitment to recovery by attending weekly recovery group at BH Department.
Must have weekly urine tox screens free of all substances
If potential client is currently using alcohol, cocaine or any benzos, she/he will not be considered for suboxone treatment.
If a detox is required, our clinical staff will be able to refer you to an inpatient program.
Once you have began Suboxone Treatment, you are required to continue attending weekly groups and providing urine sample on a weekly basis. In order to remain in this program you are required t
